November 2006 statement Washington Mutual Bank had accepted unauthorized charge of $29.95 from Paycom.net billed October 27 2006 to my WaMu credit card.

Unexplained unauthorized fee of $29.95 continued monthly through November 2007 statement then WaMu added overlimit fee of $35.00 October 16, 2007.

July 2007 statement from WaMu had changed name from Paycom.net to Epoch.com each billed entry of $29.95 used same phone number 800-893-8891.

Telephone calls are a waste of time WaMu refuses to provide explanation for Paycom and Epoch or remove monthly fee of $29.95.

WaMu card in a lock box has not been used since December 2006. I have made payment of $30.00 each month on WaMu account.

Are Paycom and Epoch business partners affilated with WaMu bank?

There must be a paper trail or an authorization of some sort that explains origin of Paycom unauthorized fee. WaMu refused to supply any such evidence.

Letters for correction and removal of unauthorized unexplained fees totaling $389.35 plus additional error fees $52.19 charged by WAMU totals $441.54.

WaMu reply dated November 20, 2007 says fees will remain. Again my request to remove $441.54 in unauthorized fees have been ignored.

Wichita Falls Texas credit bureau suggested writing Texas Attorney General to file consumer protection complaint.

It appears that Washington Mutual Bank is part of this fraud since they cooperated and refuse to correct.

Bart is a Jerk. His rebuttal really didn't address the real problem you were facing. It is true that the bank isn't responsible for contacting you for every purchase one makes and neither are the credit card companies. But there are people who can be held accountable. The people who provided the service. I too experienced a monthly charge that I was unsure of it's origin. I did some digging. Epoch.com maybe affiliated with what ever site that you were being charged for. Mine was "sexsearch.com" I did have a membership but I was under the impression and had conformation that I had cancelled my subscription. So if epoch.com was the one who charged you here is there contact information. I just finished calling them and have had the last two charges reversed... A small victory. Now it is my belief that Epoch is a third party billing member. But their call staff is reasonably friendly and very capable of helping us the consumer. Be sure to ask what it is that you were being charged for. Assure them that the service is unwanted. And that you would really like to not being paying for it anymore. I had a cancellation conformation previously dated. They reversed the charges for the past two monthes which appears to be as much as my credit card company would be willing to do. File greivances. Contact them. With enough people bringing forth claims of wrongful billing they may, if they are a third party billing service, review their records and stop catering to the people that are in essence stealing from us. The advertising industry calls it the "nag factor". It works don't let up until you are saticefied.

How do you even have the slightest inkling that the bank is even remotely involved....other than paying something that was presented to them for payment. How are they to know that you didn't authorize it?
Are they to call you at each and every attempt at a purchase and ask you like a little child?
Get rid of your credit cards.
