I have received 3 different mailings like the one I am reporting about. This particular notification states that an case file has been activated in anticipation of myself being the twelve million dollar winner.
It further states that there is an case file allocation number, case file 1st prize pool, case file divisional prize guarantee.
It says no further notice will be issued regarding the case file activation, that I have only 10 days to complete and return the form with payment of $10.00
The prize guarantee prize controller's name shows Geoff Kennedy.
