Hello I too was scammed and now being sued and having my credit destroyed. I read an article on these scumbags being investigated by FBI. I have filed with our attorney general and am now being sued in the court of NYC . I live in Illinois and never had one transaction with this firm . Hell I could not even get them to answer the phone. I sent the machines back and blocked them from my bank account only after they stole $1000 out of it. I am filing counter suit with them here in Illinois. We contacted the attorney General Lisa Madigan and they are aware but less than helpful in this matter. We have to pay them before she will look at it. Of course once you settle they will go after you personally for the rest. Then they also have you sign off so you cannot pursue them before they will agree. They are very clever crooks. I have read that the sales rep get $1-3000. for each contract. They expect each contract can result in up to $15,000 in default judgements not to mention how they will steal up to 85% of your money in sales. An attorney and told me how dumb I was to sign this but I told her its like using adobe on the internet you click the box and agree. They advised to settle and move on. The salesman said we could cancel anytime .Not true. I am being sued and they will settle for $3200 but I must sign off. I am responding pro-se to the court of NY. There are thousands of us out there. Sorry to hear you had the same experience.I will fight these MFs I am with you.
