I want to warn you about Paypal and let you know that their resolution team is a joke. One when you file a complaint the only way they have where you can upload documentation is if you go to another area and do a name change request at that point you are able to send them documentation. Just be warned even if you send them this documentation they will most likely not even look at it.

I had an issue with Zamgold.com they basically ripped me off never delivered the product which was virtual (nothing was ever sent) and in the end they got to keep the money without delivering the goods. I filed a complaint the first time Paypal auto cancelled it after a few days so I filed an appeal had to write three emails just to figure out how to send them proof that I had that deliver was never made. Zamgold admitted in their live chat they did not have the product yet a few days earlier produced a picture that showed deliver via auction house purchase which I never got. To this day I still have gotten nothing but they got to keep the money. The live help said they had been trying to fill my order but did not have the item for delivery they would continue to work on it but could not feel my order at this time. I had the proof however I doubt they ever read my issue or looked at my proof. In the end Paypal let them keep the money said that I was eligible for a refund if I package up the item and mail it back and provide them with a tracking number that they showed proof that showed them I got delivery. One this was a virtual item so there was no delivery to be mailed back. Two I asked them 4 times how I could mail back something that was one virtual and two I never got. They simply wrote back said that their decision was final that I didn't get my money back.

Just be warned it really doesn't matter what proof you have in the end they will do what ever they want. They proved to me that it doesn't matter what you say they will do what they want regardless of the proof so don't put all your faith in their buyer protection it's simply not there. At best they showed me that I simply did not matter to them. So I wanted to share this with you so you might not fall into their trap. If it's virtual goods be warned paypal will use the excuse mail it back to screw you out of your money. I've yet to get an answer from them how you can send something back in the postal system you one never got and two was virtual delivery.
