i run a small company here in India serving american customers for software supports,i made 3 sales of $700 in total and sincerely invested about half of the money to provide them services.now when its my time to get the award for my hardwork and money invested by me paypal has permanently blocked my account and wants to hold my money for 180 days.$700 is a very big amount for me and they will just keep my money without paying me any interest on it.i am really really dissapointed and almost have tears in my eyes.i borrowed $400 from my bank in order to give support to those customers. and i am paying 10% interest every month.imagine my situation. please please please tell me how should i react on this and what rights do i have being an honest seller.
