paypal safecart within the 45 day limit to cancel I was refused refund payment and or cancellation .The dispute the resolution center was of no help. Internet

This company has no consideration for people that are not computer savy  and should realilze we need time to consider  and realize is this what I really want.  Making you put in your credit card info. before checkout  is a disadvantage  because reading the contents after  that Your stuck and can not back out. Really good scam and rip off. I didn't get a number to activate, my computer wasn't running right, and there fore never used the product. I was ripped off.
