My wife found PC Help on-line and called them about problems we had with computer. They said they could fix it that we had several viruses and offered a package deal on 2 computers for $600.00. I said no way so they immediatley offered same deal for $250.00. We foolishly agreed and gave the a mastercard number that somehow got turned into a paypal paying them thru our credit card. Still have not figured that one out. They would work on it 2 or 3 hours, say it was fixed. We would call back and report it was not working. SDame process for 5 days and I finally said forget it. Took it to geek sqaud at Best Buy and they said it was loaded with viruses, which they said they had cleaned up. They showed me how to fix it myself in 5 minutes. I found out that they buy Hitman Pro to put on your computer and hope that fixes the problem, which cost them $20.00. I disputed it payment with credit card company but looks like they will get the money. They offered to settle for half without dispute but I said no. If they get the money I hope these crooks choke on it.

AUTHOR: Robert F - ()

POSTED: Saturday, September 06, 2014

PCHelpStation maintains a favorable refund policy that guarantees customer satisfaction.  If PCHelpStation Agents and Technicians are unable to deliver a sustained fix for any computer, or computer peripheral, related concern; PCHelpStation will extend a full refund if such grievance is raised to our attention within 7 - 15 days of service delivery.  Unique circumstances, which might extend the refund period, are considered on a case-by case basis.  In all cases, PCHelpStation stands behind our work.  PCHelpStation will request the opportunity for a follow-up inspection of the computer platform to a) validate the claim, and/or b) endeavor to affect a sustained fix.

Due to inevitable changes in any given computer's software environment that result from automatic software updates and, the usage habits/demands of the average computer user, we cannot guarantee that any given repair, will affect a permanent fix.  Customers of PCHelpStation termed support packages are entitled to leverage their support plan as often as necessary to restore a problematic computer to a reasonable state of performance, given platform-specific hardware limitations and the special software requirements of the computer user.  PCHelpStation technicians will endeavor to root-cause the source of any given issue, and endeavor to affect a fix in the least intrusive manner possible.  Persistent, or deep-rooted, issues that may involve corrupted or missing system or application files, may necessitate more aggressive repair procedures wherein we would request that customers first back-up their personal or sensitive data, before initiating such repair procedures.  We are capable of performing a complete operating system re-install where circumstances dictate.
PCHelpStation offers the convenience of remote computer support at rates comparable to any other online service or computer service center.

The remote computer support service model relies upon a working relationship between Customer and Technician.  Our Agents and Technicians are happy to work with our customers.  The support model requires that our customers, likewise, work with our Agents and Technicians.  Our Agents and Technicians take great pride in the quality of their work, and the quality of care dedicated to each individual's concern.  As a customer of PCHelpStation, you are entitled to all the resources offered by our Support Center, every day of the year, day or night.  Furthermore, you are entitled to submit your service requests for scheduling, or escalate your concerns, to customercare@pchelpstation.com.

We regret that yours was a negative experience.  I would invite you to again submit your concern to the Office of Customer Care at customercare@pchelpstation.com.  We will endeavor to satisfy your concern in as agreeable fashion as possible.
