PC ONE CLUB ripoff excuses no refund! Champlain New York

PC ONE has done it again. I too have been victim to this scamming business. I received a call on my cell phone from a Brian Anderson who stated that I had a 2500.00 Mastercard in my name and he needed to send me the card, but just like any other normal company there would be a security deposit needed. At that time, I was in dire straights and wasn't thinking properly. Mr. Anderson told me that the card would be sent within 2 weeks "Before" the money had been debited from my account. Well 2 weeks came and went and NO CARD! I called the company back and asked where my card was? I was told numerous times that my application wasn't processed on time, and every single time I called they kept pushing that 30 business day agreement further and further away. I got fed up, and requested my money back. Again I was gauranteed a 30 business day refund. Well today is the 30th business day, and I called to see where my money was? I got a rep on the phone by the name of Dave, and he said "rudely" well it's just late. I said, "excuse me?, can I talk to a manager". He told me that no managers get on the phone. So I asked him what kind of customer service he's in that makes him feel that he can speak to customers this way. His reply was, "well, if you don't like it, than I don't know what to tell you". I was so furious I called back to speak with someone else, and let them know off the bat that the BBB was involved in this, and believe it or not, the rep laughed at me! I was checking online about this company, and low and behold I came across this website with all this information about this company PC ONE CLUB. You can imagine my frustration when I found out I was just another victim to this scam. I am having such a problem getting my money back because the debit was done at the end of August, and it's now November. I am still trying desperately to take this company down!!!
