 Went to PC Parlor and meet wuth Justin More and showed him my laptop and cracked screen. Told him laptop still worked but I wanted screen replaced. He ( Justin Moore ) said he could do the job for me but he would have to order screen and it would take a week to get here and a few hours to fix and he would have it back to me in a weeks time. He told me that the screen would cost $60 and $20 for labor and he needed the $60 now up frount ans I could pay the $20 when done. I gave him the $60 and left the laptop with him with power cord in good faith thinking that I would be getting my laptop back in a week. After a week went by with no word from Justin Moore I called to talk with him about what was going on . I got a message saying toset up a appointment time with him and he would get back.

A week later no call from Justin Moore, so I called again left message and another week no word from Justin Moore so called again. This time Justin answered and I told him I wanted to know what is going on with my laptop and he cam back nastyly saying to stop calling him. I said that is my laptop and I want it back. He said I'll callyou when I get it fixed. That was the last time I personally talked with Justin Moore as He would not answer my calls or return my texts. I then got a text stating that He had got an Email saying that part was being sent with a comment saying it is about F---ing time.

It has been over a month that I got that text and many calls from me and texts to Justin Moore with no responce from him. In my calls and texts I've even offered him more money to fix it or to man up and return it with my $60 cash and as it was when I gave it to him. No responce to this date from Justin More on anything. I've went to small claims court got paper work to file which is costing more $$$ out of my pocket plus making me buy another computer to handle my richauntjuneheavenly fudge business which I've lost business becouse of Justin Moores keeping my laptop from me all this time durring the Christmass season that is where most most of my sales happen. I know that in sales this last two months I've lost several $1,000 $$$ due to Justin Moore. The only thing left for me is the courts.
