Pccare support scammed me for $214.99, claiming to clean up my computer remotely.  I realized my mistake before any service was provided and asked for a refund.  They hang up the phone.  They have been reported to AMEX and federal authorities.

Sorry For Your Misunderstanding

AUTHOR: PcCareSupport - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, January 07, 2014

It would seem that there may have been a misunderstanding. If no service was preformed how do you know that we are a scam. We are a legitimate company that provides a great service to those with computer issues. Had you continued with us, you would have seen that we provide the service as described. Once you involve your bank or credit card company and issue a chargeback there is nothing more that we can do for you. All communication then goes through them and us. I am sorry that your call was disconnected during your conversation with us. Please be assured that the only reason one of our representatives would terminate the call would be due to verbal abuse. Your call may have simply dropped. We are sorry that you had a negative experience with us and hope that you were able to get the support you needed.
