PDQ Services This company a large dollar amount on my credit report, as though I have used or been involved with an invoice of services. I have never been evicted by from any residence or ever contractred this company for services. Woodstock Georgia

Isn't there a law against people placing items on an individuals credit without there being legal cause.  If a company of this stature can take a private person and somehow obtain there social security number and then at random use it to place a large amounts that have nothing to do with an individual; shouldn't that be considered a felony count.  Private citzens get arrested for less.  I am so frustrating reading my credit report and seeing items that no only are obsolete but fraudulent, The worse part is that what it takes to counteract this type of situation with the credit bureaus is long and extremely troublesome. These type of situation take these so called company one minute or less to create this kind o horror for a person.

There should be a law that before these companies can do this an extensive investigation should have to be performed.  This action would detour this kind of criminal behavior... I am extremely disgusted.
