On january 14th of 2008 I applied for a payday loan, the normal procedure when applying for a payday loan is to input your banking information so they can wire the money to your account. well I didnt get the payday loan what I got was an unexpected suprise when I checked my bank account online on the 25th of Febuary.
I noticed there was a nsf fee of 25 dollars this is what I saw on my account 01/24/2008 Other NSF FEE FOR ITEM 0000xxxxx, $31.98
AUTOMATED DEBIT WWW.IDPROSUP.COM AUTOPAY $25.00 I went to the website and I found out it was from the payday loan I applied for I immeadiately filled out there online form to let them know that this was an unauthorized charge I demanded that they cancel my account because I never signed up for there program, I also demanded that they reimburse me for the nsf fee, I left a number where I could be contacted, I also contacted my bank to inform them that this was an unauthorized charge they were good enough to cancel the nsf fee.
I thought it was over but it wasn't when I checked my account on febuary 1st I found out they tried to debit my account whiched caused another nsf fee this time for $30 dollars, I again when to this website. WWW.PDSSUP.COM I did the same thing filled out there form letting them know this was done without my auhorization. I found their toll free number called them left a message, and again no response. I found out today on febuary 6th that again they tried to debit my account which caused another nsf of $30 dollars I was able to connect with someone via online chat I got no help he basiclly told me that I signed up and that they counldnt refund the nsf fee.
I asked for the address the person gave me that, he gave me the toll free number which is useless because after being on hold for 30 minutes it prompts you to hold or leave a message. he wouldnt give me the local number I asked for the owners name he wouldnt give it after going back and forth he finally disconected. I'm going to call the phoenix police department to see if I can press charges. I incourage everyone to do the same. Also file a complaint to the ftc.
If you sign up for any service online the company must send you a confirmation verifying what you signed up for and they also have to let you know when they are going to debit your account, and must also let you know how to go about canceling service. this company didn't do anything of the sort, although the person I was chating with online claims they did. so again the phone number of this company is 866-883-4987 and their address is 5025 n central ave #630, phoenix AZ 85012 when you get ahold of someone cancel their service , make sure you verify they canceled your service then try to get your money, and also call their local police, the more people complain the louder the message becomes I would like to see them put out of business so they wont hurt anyone else.
