My wife received a preapproved offer and decided to order a tv through peach direct. She was told it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

The company has a nice web site which allows you to track your order. After 3 weeks of the web site stating "pending shipping" I contacted Peach Direct.
When I contacted them they told me the tv was delivered yesterday and left on my porch. I don't have a porch. They gave me a tracking # for UPS to get the imfo. According to UPS the package was delivered to Ca. I live in FL. UPS also stated the package was under 10 lbs. This is a 42in. tv. I called peach back and was told that I need to settle this with ups. They said I can't cancel because it was already shipped. The product that was shipped wasn't the tv and it wasn't shipped to me . When I finally got some one at Peach to understand this I was told the tv is now on back order. Unfortunately I didn't read the other reports on this company before ordering. Avoid this company at all cost

I never did get the tv but I finally got my acct credited so I no longer have a balance due. In my research I came across the name of Peach Directs' director of operations. I emailed him and received a response in 24hrs. He was very helpful and stayed in contact until the acct was zero'd out. I suggest that anyone who's problems with Peach Direct are not getting handled contact Mr. Ahmad Shaker. His email is ashaker@peachdirect.com. I will never attempt to do business with them again after my experience however this gentleman truly does want to help.

still no tv

I've now let another 2 weeks pass and still no tv. Their web site still shows it was delivered in May. Apparently they don't get paid by Ge Moneyline until delivery. Luckily I contacted Ge prior to them paying Peach. GE told me this is a common problem with Peach Direct and they now look over all accts from them berfore paying. 2-3 weeks for delivery became 2-3 business weeks, then 3-4 weeks now 5 weeks and no tv. If you get anything from Peach Direct in the mail TEAR IT UP
