i was hired a s coder for this company. i coded my initial charts. i submitted them and waited for an auditor and additional charts. after no response i emailed and called 6 people over 2 weeks trying to find out where my assignments were. i got a call 5 days before christmas saying that i was fired for not doing assignments, when i could not get them to assign anything to me. they are very unorganized. this company would email before a holiday weekend holiday stating mandatory overtime. when the weekend came another email came out saying no work. people missed time with their families. there were daily conflicting emails and you never quite knew what was going on.
