PDI sent me the wrong part (they looked up the part number themselves), didnt pay or ever offer to repay for return shipping of the wrong part and then said that the part was no longer on sale when they overcharged for the right part. 


This was a telephone order off a print ad, ordered when on sale with no expiration date.  When Visa investigated, the owner, Jerad Wittwer said there was a expiration date, not on the ad I bought off of but somewhere on the internet, which I ever saw and didnt order from.


I then returned the wrong part they mistakenly sent me (out of pocket, still have not been reimbursed) to PDI sent me and picked up the right part in will call after hours.  PDI never told me they were charging another $100.00, I noticed it on my Visa.  Jerad Wittwer, the owner was very rude, said he would be ready and lie to Visa so I wou ld never see the $100!  PDI said they would give me a discount on future work....would you go back??!!

The mentioned report is inaccurate. When the customer returned the mentioned wrong part he was credited for the shipping in the price difference between the parts ordered. Originally the customer ordered an exhaust manifold which for his engine configuration did not fit...so customer returned manifold and wanted to exchange for turbocharger. Turbo was more in price than the manifold so we credited the manifold and the shipping toward the purchase of the turbo. I was in the room when BOB was on the phone and the lying part never happened. Also the ad customer ordered off of said call for details on the 100 dollars off which was then told to him that offer had expiration date when he called PDI. Customer has part he ordered and is installed on vehicle. Thanks...
