PENBROOK PRODUCTIONS - ANGELA PENBROOK PAID $197,THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK NOR RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND INFO WAS FALSE. THIS WAS NOT A REBATE PROCESS COMPAMY. INTERNET

I paid $197 for a rebate processing company. Once they retreived the money from my credit card there was no next step. I researched and received their contact number from my credit card company. A customer service representitive from Penbrook Productions was suppose to call me back and never did. I received no email nor anything to further this cause, action, process, etc..

My credit card company stated that this dispute may take up to 30 days. For this is totally unfair and ask for the assistance of one in the professional field required. I am in the process of canceling my card so there are no further scams/monies taken out of my credit card.

For these people have my information and I will take this as far as possible in shutting this fraudgelent company down lastly utilizing all of the legal measures possible.

This company needs to be stopped!!
