PenbrookPenbrook Productions Company TOTALLY SCAM!!! Internet

This is a total Rip-Off!!!I joined this last April 29,2008 and same thing happened to me.I received 2 emails confirming that Iam one of their rebate processor after paying $197.The one that I have read that motivated me to pay $197 was totally different from what they will give you.After a week of trying to understand the website that they gave me still Iam hoping that I can process the "rebates" in the way that they used to tell in introductions of their website but unfortunately it was totally different.A guy named Steven Walter called me last tuesday (May 6,2008) to confirm how i was doing.When I told him that I was still reading through it and trying to understand it he told me that he will refer me to one of their customer service and they will call me back after 5 minutes.The next minutes,a guy named Jason Samtistezan called me and gave me a website for me to be able to understand the work better and gave me an assignment which was not very clear to me.He told me that Steven will call me to check on me on thursday(2days after).I check on the website right away and read through it but still there are no guidlines or something so I called Jason back and told him what it was all about.He told me that it was just one of the examples.He was talking about selling things on the internet..etc!!!I waited for Steven to call me up but no one called me that day.Then yesterday Jason called me to check how I was doing with the work.I told him that I have found out that the rebte processing was totally different from the one that I have read from the start.Then Jason said he understand and hang-up!!!Now I was trying to contact them and I even emailed the one on their website (the one that says customer service-whereon to contact them)and told them that I want a refund (which wherein before I signed in it says that if im not happy with the service they will gave a refund).Until now I havent receive any reply from them.It was totally scam and now I have to call my bank and deal with them regarding this matter.I hope my money will be back then.Dont believe this website!!!Its a SCAM!!!!
