Penncro Associates, Inc. collections for B of A collection agency that goes after kids for bank of america Southampton, Pennsylvania

A collection agency who is employed by Bank of America to collect on overdrawn accounts. I opened a bank checking account for my daughter a few years back. I made it so that she had access to funds when needed in a pinch.
Last year Bank of America starting charging hidden fees, processing payments before it scheduled time and so forth, it became a problem. I started shutting down accounts in order to get away from Bank of America. Bank of America was not happy with the fact that I was closing down all my accounts that I had with them.
Make a long story short, my daughter lost her card, so I called it into Bank of America. Charges were applied towards the card which I was disputing with Bank of America, I refused to pay. Bank of America turned the account over to a collection agency Penncro Associates.
I have received numerous phone calls; at least 15 to 20 a day requesting for my daughter. I have continued to inform the collection agency that she is a minor and that the bank should be attempting to get a hold of me not a minor. I have also instructed Penncro Associates to contact me by mail, which they have yet to do. I have on numerous occasions instructed this company that I do not want to be recorded (as by law) and their reply to me, it does not apply to them for they are calling me from another state. Who do these people think they are?
I continue to get harassed and have had many nasty and rude comments made to me by this company. I have been told listen old man we want to talk to her; are you sure she is your daughter; or is she someone your doing that you don't want your wife to know about it. Secret affair?
I can not believe a collection agency like this is allowed to get away with such remarks. I thought laws were set into place to prevent such harassment from collection agencies. It does not surprise me at all that Bank of America employs such a collection agency, look what they have done to their customers, not to mention the bail out money that they took from us.
Can we use this same collection agency Penncro Associates to collect our bail out back from Bank of America???
