i joined a site called ballbids.comon this sight u bid for snakes.i bid on a 2012 mojave ball python morph.i ended up winning it for 2.18.so i waited til the next day and drove to walmart which is a half an hour drive.put the 2.18 and an additonal 35.00s for shipping.i then proceeded to get the stuff i needed for the snake.came home and later that night i notice the snake back up for bid.they said their servers shut down for 20 seconds and they are reauctioning thesnake.
then i notice i had a email from them saying i associated myself with another site that bashes them for ripping ppl off.when all i did was "x" out of ballbids and google it again so i could see if they posted i was the winner.in the process i noticed a sight that said say no to ballbids.so curious i checked it.i then commented that i had won and id let them know if it was real or fake.
i was so excited to win because i never win anything and i had planned on buying 2 mojave ball pythons with my tax return.you could imagine how upset i was.so i then researched some more and found out that i wasnt the only person this has happened to.

This group is not part of the mainstream "community" as they would have you believe, they are a fringe element that lies at every turn about a company that they do not like.
Quite a few of the big breeders in this community DO support Ballbids and supplies them with the snakes that Ballbids auctions off.

I was, at one time, a customer of Ballbids. I had seen all the back and forth and decided to try it in order to form my own opinion. I participated in three auctions that all froze at the end
When I commented about this on their Facebook page, I was told the problem had to be on my end, despite several others reporting the same thing. I did go on the SayNo page to discuss my experience.
The next day I discovered I had been banned from Ballbids.com as well as their Facebook page.
I also received a VERY nasty email which ended with profanity directed at me personally. Since then I have been a vocal opponent to this business. If you notice Mark will make numerous posts that continually repeat the same things over and over.. Simply Google Ballbids and look at some of the forum posts and you will see what I mean. Look for lonewolfrider, that is him.
The only proof these guys offer are on sites they control such as Ballbids.com, their Facebook page or a site they made up mkidesigns. They can delete any negative comments made so of course it looks good on them. They call anyone disagreeing with them a liar or even less flattering things and seem to think that their saying so makes it true. I started my own Facebook page to present the truth, but each time I posted a screen shot to support my case, it was reported to Facebook and taken down. I eventually had to turn the page over to others to keep from losing access to my personal account.

been working in unison for over a YEAR with the intent to injure the legitimate
company (Ballbids.com) Andrew Gomez is also an Admin on the SayNoto Ballbids
Facebook. Gomez is doing this because of his dependence on getting new Likes
on his Facebook page and getting more attention to his Youtube channel
wherein he just acts foolish and all can see his lack of intelligence. Andrew
Gomez says on his facebook that he is a graduate from Harvard University but so
far, neither a High School Diploma nor a GED has been produced. Sumner is a
Lemming that is too unintelligent to know better and follows the loud
mouthed liars off the cliff. Both have LIED and MISINFORMED anyone who would
read their illicit comments. They open fake accounts and comment negatively and
without merit on the internet about Ballbids.com, and they use FREE internet
sites like this one to falsely post illegitimate complaints against
Ballbids.com, the owner, and the FAMILY of the owner. All from that page has
been directly involved with their friends (richsreptileforum.com, Rich
Keszierski Jr, owner) openly posting on the SayNo page the HOW TOOs on Intentionally
and Illicitly interfering with Ballbids.com Internet Server were caught publicly
posting INSTRUCTIONS on How To Interfere with Auction Timers, which has
caused auction problems and money. They delete everything on their facebook page
from ANYONE who asks for proof of their False Allegations. They delete
questions from any person questioning their legitimacy and motives for their
intentional libelous comments. They have been caught emailing Ballbid customers
with lies. The Proof is on Facebook at Ballbids, www.facebook.com/ballbids. All of

After reading # 9 from SMS Reptiles/aka- Shaun S./aka- Reptile Haven, the only truth that stands with his comment is that I am Zack Byers Dad. Zack is the Owner and CEO of Ballbids, LLC/ DBA as Ballbids.com, a Legal Missouri Corporation.
Sumner is a fool to think that no other person(s) just might have a vested interest in the successful business venture undertaken by others (especially close family) with any business venture.
Based on the fact of Sumners lack of ability for serious comprehension of fact, as well as his proven lack for successful business practices, I can only respond with the facts that Ballbids has been proven to be an honest and an exceptionally exciting business for both the Breeder and Consumer since it's Inception over a year ago.
The Web programming and Script Writing is done by Marty Kerstetter and you can find him on Facebook. He is one of the very few with the knowledge to write such a dynamic website that incorporates Timers and continuous moving parts like Ballbids.com program.
In addition you can see many of the already WON Auctions on www.Bllbids.com and www.Facebook.com/ballbids. See the attached picture for just another example of some of the unbelievable final "Win Prices" for these expensive Morphs!

Mark is not a employee of Ballbids. He is the father of the owner. Second, Ballbids like shown on here instead of pointing out why we are wrong, will insult everyone. They have posted that someone was a sex offender, told a 15 year old kid to "f" off. They have not disproved anything. Stuff that they claimed we have lied about now can be proven to be true. Owner of Ballbids has just been found out pretending to be their programmer. A way he talk trash and not hurt his business. Proof of that is that he was banned from a forum using the same IP as Zack when they live 800 miles apart. They are not good for the reptile hobby. Sorry for any confusion that I may have caused by not realizing that this free complaint site does not identify the specific paragraph that is being rebutted. #3 Consumer Comment was being rebutted in the #5 Employee Comment by me. That (#3) is the comment by SMS Reptiles/aka Reptile Haven/aka Shaun S, the obsessive forum Junkie and self appointed Hater of www.Ballbids.com and who goes by multiple screen names and none of them are actual businesses owned by him.
Sumner, from Munster Indiana, uses SMS Reptiles and Reptile Haven however he has no ownership in either of those businesses. Those names are actually real businesses here in the United States and are owned by persons not at all related to Sumner. So Ballbids apologizes to those business owners for having to again use their names because of this Sumner person. He has taken those names and uses them as screen names for his Forum Junkie postings on the internet.
Therefore one can see why the Attorney from Ballbids has Noticed him in writing but he has written in a response to Ballbids.com that he has nothing and owns nothing, so he say's he doesn't care if he is sued. This guy is over 30 years old and lives with his Mother. It is a sad thing to see but the internet has brought out people like this and has made them feel like they have a purpose in life no matter how devious their intentions have proven to be. This is a screen shot taken from www.facebook.com/ballbids from the Janurary 18th Auction that encountered a Server Loss for 20 seconds during the Auction. There are more comments to see on that page and which confirm the internet problem with all of the customers participating in the auction. Also, the posting from the obsessive compulsive hater, Shaun S from Munster Indiana (aka Reptile Haven) has been posting and allowing posts of this Rippoff Report to be copied to his personal public hate page which is just another violation as is indicated in the Terms of Use for this and other sites. Unfortunately sites like this Ripoff Report can be used to spread lies and hate without oversight. This is just another example of why the Notice to Sumner was issued by Ballbids Attorney.
Go to www.Ballbids.com and check the truth out for yourself. Ballbids believes that most people are smart enough to get the real facts but this guy Sumner seems to think they aren't and that is a textbook diagnosis for a "Forum Junkie". You can read his hateful lies in Facebook too. reading down on his page will give anyone a birds eye view of his illicit intentions.

This is written by Shaun S of Munster Indiana. A very strange person who is a Forum Junkie and who is obsessed with posting blatant lies about www.Ballbids.com merely because he does not like the company and like all Forum Junkies, he has too much time and nothing else to do in the real world. He has about 6 (SIX) Forum Junkie Followers that either believe that people should not turn Breeding into a Business for profit, or they incorrectly believe Ballbids will hurt their personal sales and they are haters for their own financial reasons.
Currently, Sumner has been issued a Notice from Ballbids Attorney relating to his Fraudulent Public Postings like this one. He and his few friends have made similar postings like this one and they haven't even been a customer. He has however tried to register under a fraudulent name but he was not wise enough to realize that Ballbids program identifies IP addresses.
Ballbids.com Auctions High Quality Morph Ball Pythons as a Penny Auction Entity on their main website www.Ballbids.com. Ballbids Only Buys From Trusted and Proven Breeders. All of Ballbids customers have been exceptionally satisfied with the Quality of their Morph and Ballbids.com has been in business for over One Year with No Legitimate Complaints. Juice, with all do respect to you the Entire System Is Automated. It does not know that an auction had internet problems. It only reads what is there at the end of the Auction Time and the computer prompts the name through the payment process. Your Money was Immediately refunded through the payment program. There was 61 people signed into the system to bid at the time and about 20 bidding at the time (last 5 minutes as is shown right on on the program) before the internet Server Loss. Nobody could Place Any Bids because of the server loss. Yours was simply the last that registered with the program. If you read the Facebook page you will see that the customers were immediately commenting that they Could Not Place Their Bids. You will also see on Facebook that Ballbids Immediately Posted there was a Problem With The Auction. You will see that the Auction was Under Review. You will also have the Private Emails To You Advising You of This Issue. After the programmer reviewed the data base it was found that the server (Go Daddy) had a 20 second loss right at the time you placed your bid. If you read the Terms and Conditions for Ballbids, you will see that this type of issue Can Occur given the current technology the internet has as of today. You will see that It Is Explained that the MORPH will be Re Auctioned Irrespective of what the Auction Icon Says When it Freezes up like it did that night. It would not be fair to all of the other customers that were Bidding for that Beautiful Morph. This is why it was re auctioned. Ballbids Refunded everyone's Bids (including yours) apologized for the inconvenience and tried to assist you but you have chosen this different route. Ballbids has auctioned out more than 50 High Quality Morphs with a 100% Live Healthy Deliveries to Many Very Happy Customers. Some have posted Videos, some have written Testimonials. Ballbids will use the excuse of network error whenever they received no bids. Instead of selling the snake at a lost, they will either say that godaddy network servers were having problems or a group attacked the site. . It always happens during the last seconds of the auction. Issues never happen in the middle. Juice the person who complaining here, was basically told his complaint doesn't matter cause he wasn't a paying customer. Very bad business ethics and should be avoided.

So if the server went down like ball bids says it did then how come I could still bid. I just happen to be the only one it didn't effect. No what happened was I won the snake on my 10 free bids. And then they came up with this story about the server going down. They didn't like it that someone won it with free bids. I'm sure if I tried bidding on the snake again and won something else would of happen. And they took my money they charged my card if u knew about this then why take my money then make me wait 4 days if not more to get my money refunded. And I'm not the only one this has happened to I'm sure the only allow ppl they want to win, win the snakes it's most likely the same few ppl that win. And just so u know i was planning on buying a bid package when the 10 free bids were used up.

This Complaint Is Bogus!

This person registered and received the 10 Free Bids. He never even bought a Bid Pack. He played one Bid at the exact time the server lost connection. There was many other people playing at that time on the auction. They are good customers and they did not complain. They could not enter their Bid once the connection was down. Everyone received all of their bids back because of this internet problem including this person that is complaining. The snake was re auctioned without any internet problems just as it is written in www.Ballbids.com Terms and Conditions. This person says he did not see all of the immediate information on the main facebook page that explained the internet problem and he also say's that he did not get the personal emails from www.Ballbids.com explaining the issue and the apology. All customers that have been associated with www.Ballbids.com over the past year understand that internet problems do occur from time to time, especially when you are on a extremely dynamic website that uses timers like Ballbids. So far, Ballbids.com has over 4300 Facebook likes and over one thousand registered customers on their main website. Ballbids has facilitated the healthy delivery of over 50 high quality morph ball pythons from trusted breeders and has never had a delivery problem nor a complaint on the extreme high quality of the morph. The winners take home these very expensive morphs for just pennies on the dollar. Check out their Sold Auctions on their main web page. You have $1000.00 morphs selling out for $5.00 to $35.00 plus a flat $35.00 shipping fee (which is less than normal Live Shipment Costs) The facts I write are the truth and this complaint is not justified at all.
