I started using PeoplePC for my internet services in 2009 because I lived in a rual area at the time .I used thier services for two years,in 2011 I cancelled them or I thought I cancelled them. the person on the phone i was talking to kept trying to talk me out of cancelling for ten min. I had to be rude and tell him that I was moving and I'm getting exfinity high speed internet and i want to cancel, after anouther ten min.of trying to get me not to cancel I asked him for a comfermation # and he said they did not give # and that I was cancelled, We moved and like a dummy I did'nt look at that small amount on my statement, for two years, it mas my wife that brought it to my attention. the following day I called PeoplePC to cancel once again,''no comfermation #, just first name only.''Two months later they were still taking my money out of the bank! , so I closed my bank account and started another, now I'm paying collection agency's and still tring to cancel with no luck.
