I work for this company and it was horrible. They improperly treat every one of their employees they installed false hope into them they cheated them out of moneyand they purposely break down workers until they remove all self confidence.

to start with their manager Melissa she lied to everyone for workers to get them to work harder, promiseing more money more hours and better conditions. Never allowing to happen. they make their employees drive to the workplace and don't remember them correctly and she would refuse to drive and 4 other people to waste their hard earned money and gasand she would leave her garbage in their car and damage their property. she would get into conversations with the workers that included sexual situations and talking about some of the drugs she did which is really unacceptable and whenever someone who tried to confront the boss bill Wilson about it he would say she was fineand completely ignore it.

there was multiple circumstances or she promised me and my co workers that we would get special advantages such as working at fairs and then she was throwing a fit when she didn't keep her promise and we confronted her. wonder if specifically she harassed so bad the girl would go home cryingand after I finally left the company she harassed me through text message for months afterwards. there was one circumstance what one worker where they working entire day and Melissa was supposed to log their hours but she didn't so the girl lost out on a days worth of money and didn't get it until a week later. 

there was another girl who got bit by a dog on the job and when she took sick time of the next day the boss punished her he would also not let her leave the field after it happens to go to the doctors he said she had to find her own transportation even though she did not have her car with her because one of the other workers drove her to the field and after this incident they begin treating her worse and worse. there was another circumstance where they did one of their free energy inspections on one of my family members homes they send in properly trained workers to going home and harass the homeown until they make someone not to bey tell the inspector not to leave until they make someone buy.

and one of my examples they send their canvasors out in the dead of winter in the snow in the rain and temperatures under 0 and make them go door to door and knock in which some case the workers have gotten hurt from slipping and falling from frostbite and other injuries.

last thing is towards the end of my working there they started these weekly meetings where they would bring down every one of their employees remove all self confidence to try to get them to work harder it would help smash their hopes and dreams and make them feel like they were worthless.and if employees work for not attending meetings they would be immediately discharged and fired. is overall just a horrible workplace I don't suggest anyone work for them.
