PEOPLESMART OFFERED A SERVICE FOR A MINIMAL AMOUNT AND AFTER SO LONG MY CREDIT CARD I USED WAS BILLED A MEMBERSHIP FEE AND THEY INDICATED AN EMAIL WOULD BE SENT AND IT WAS NOT.
