Im just posting this to help people out. Do not shop at pep boys in Evansville because the store manager Scott has a bad customer attitude and doesn't want to help his customers. He also talks to his employees like they don't know what they are doing. I would go back and talk to the service department or other retail workers if I knew Scott wasn't there. So if you want bad customer service go to pep boys and Scott will give you the worst experience you have ever had there.
