pepboys are some real nasty people to work for they will not give the people that deserve a chance to move up they get their friends and buddies a chance. people been there for years and people just come through the door get leads jobs . a supervisor have his daughter in law working there and his foster child working there and no family member that lives in yourhousehold suppose to work there. i pray when the gore company take over that they talk to the people that work for that company . they look out for who are in there circle .people that dont even deserve to be in charge is. its not fair . the round table meetings they have is just for their ears only they dont do nothing they promise.please if you know the gore company let them know if they start fresh with mangement at this dc and some office personal they will have the best company ever . talk to the people they will tell you about pep boys. i left to soon i was tired of their mess i hope and pray that this company change a whole lot and this is a wonderful company but mangement sucks ! praying for change
