pep boys is a ripoff that abuses mistreats & victimizes consumers. St Pete, Florida

I am an employee of PepBoys. Since day one that that store opened, it has been hailed as the worst store in the district. It was a dump physically and has never been profitable. In the time since John took over the store, about 7 months ago, it has become one of the most respected stores in the region. John has been recognized by the Divisional VP, Regional Manager, Regional Service Instructor, and his district manager for the progress made at this location. Unfortunately for Ryan Dough, it's hard to progress when you have fat, lazy, slobs holding you back from achieving operating standards at a business. I know well who Ryan Dough is, and his statements leave out important details such as his unwillingness to perform his simple tasks, the fact that he was trained and counseled repeatedly on how to correctly perform these tasks, and that he spent most of his time at the store being paid to be non-productive and goof-off. He's a loser that probably will never amount to anything. As for John, he's about the same age as Ryan and makes 5 times as much money. Remember there is a reason Ryan is where he is, and a reason John is where he is. Just think about it.
