Perfect Aqua Purifier LLC Secret signup to Expensive Replenishment Program Austin Texas

This company used an infomertial to present their products. (If you bite they have several other products to offer.) They offer a free water purifier pitcher to a very limited number of customers (1 out of 10). the only condition mentioned is to pay $9.95 shipping.

Approximately 2 months after receiving the pitcher you receive a box of 3 filters and are billed $150. Their shipments arrive without invoice or order number. I immediately went to my bank and had the charge taken off my card.

I tried to return the shipment from Work and a UPS Store and was refused both times. Next I emailed the company for instructions and got what appeared to be a standard reply which didn't help. After my answering email another email which basically said I should have read their "agreement" which was not mentioned or available when they gave me this fine "gift".

Perfect Aqua apparently proceeded to convince 'wepay' to rip me off and return the $150 to them. This behaviour is documented on the web at scam monitoring sites
