 Specially there supervisor because she promised me that the treatment will work and that was a warranty for 7 years but after the treatment she never called me back and I lefted messages and now they want me to start and pay again more than $8000

March 2017 I went for my consult. The photo machine was not working but some how the director of sales knew without seeing my fat issues just how many session I would need. At that time I was offered a package for fat reducation. They offered 7 sessions for $17000. When I said no they immediately lowered the payment to $10000 and offered me a skin tightening treat for free. They new I was there to lose inches in my belly by June for a wedding I had to attend. The next day I started treatments and went every other week. After the third treatment I was not seeing any change. I was told for some people it wont show until the 5th or 6th treatment. So I waited.

After the 7th treatment 14 weeeks later I still had NO fat reduction. I voiced my concerns to the techs and they had the direct call me. She was very nice but told me it could take up to 10 months after the last treatment to see the results. I told her the reason I did the treatment was to look better for a wedding I had this month. She did not have much to say except lets wait until aug and we will avaulate the results. So I waited and went back in August. They took some pictures of me and was told I would now come back in January for a final evaulation. So back I went in January for more pictures. I was told that I did lose one inch in the belly area but I know that was from normal monthly body water. At this time the one thing I lost is my money. I recently met with the owner of Perfect Body and we had a constructive and productive conversation regarding my complaints. Suffice it to say there were mis-communications on both sides which were resolved to my satisfaction. Based on the owners good faith efforts to resolve my concerns I no longer have the negative views cited in my previous postings and , I retract each and every negative review previously posted online.
