We called these people due to a leak in the bathroom of our home. They came out right away and gave us a bid to fix the leak.  We agreed to the work, all the while withn water leaking into the hallway of our home.  They set up a time to come out a do the work at 8am in the morning, then called to stae they would be there at 1pm at 1 pm they called and stated they would not be there until 2 pm.  They finally arrived at 2:30 and refused to do the work as there was some blood on the floor.  We could have cleaned it up with clorox if that was a problem but no they refused.  Please do not cll these people as they are not reliable and have very poor customer service skills and will not be fair with you.
