Performance Health USA, LLC Charged my credit card acct for an order that was not placed. Called them up about it and I was told that they will cancel the "alledged order" for an AcaiBerry. Today, I received the mdse. and called them up to find out where to send back. No more response. I was able to find out their address and company name only on the label of their package. On my bank acct., it was TPPermance! Orem Utah

From an enticing offer of free sample on my email, I did agree to pay the $4.95 shipping charge of Acaiberry capsules. I was surprised to find out that I was thereafter charged for another $74.95. So, I called their number as shown on my bank acct activity details to question the amount that was charged to my account.

I was told that ten days after the free sample, I will be mailed and be charged for $74.95 of the monthly supply of AcaiBerry. I told the lady that I never agreed to have this kind of arrangement and/or placed such an order. In the first place, I have not received any merchandise apart from the few sample capsules. So, I pleaded to please cancel the order.

She said she will do this and will advice her shipping dept not to ship the mdse and cancel the charge. Or, better yet, go to my bank and have it "stopped payment". I said, I can't have it stop payment because it was already a charge.

Today, I received the merchandise and though my bank has agreed to temporarily credit back my account until the transaction is finally resolved, this incident is causing me a lot of headache and frustration.

I have tried to call their number (888-289-8740) several times, but to no avail. I did find out their company name and address on the label of the package that I received today.

I am returning the merchandise to their POBox address tomorrow.
