I have been, and continue, to receive supplements that I did not request. I ordered from Green Willow Tree and paid for those by credit card. After receiving my original order, I started to get sample bottles of supplements. I thought they were free.

Eventually I started receiving full bottles of various supplements and was puzzled by this, but did not take the time to question anything until I received by credit card statement. I find numerous charges for the sample bottles and larger bottles adding up to over $150 so far. I currently have four packages I am sending back as "return to sender" through the USPS. I received three of these four in today's mail.

Enough is enough!!! When I called the toll free number (888-289-8740), I got a recorded message saying there was an unusually high caller count because of a new campaign and the wait time would be 30 minutes. It then gave me a website to go to and that turned out to be the Ripoff Report link which is why I am doing what the report said to do by reporting my problems. The credit card statement has various names and states showing the same phone number, so this must be a wide-reaching scandal to involve Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada. Green Willow Tree is located in North Carolina.

We appreciate forums such as Ripoff Report that allow for customers of all products to vent or state their beliefs concerning a given product. We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration. We recognize we are not perfect, but we are always seeking perfection.

We offer a tremendously healthy product, in a trial size, at a greatly reduced price, in order to allow more people an opportunity to try our healthy product that would otherwise never had had the chance. In doing so, our intent is that when an individual tries our sample, they can make a decision as to whether or not they would like to continue to receive the product on a monthly basis. If they like the product, they do nothing and the product continues to come each month. If they choose they no longer want the product, no problem, all they have to do is go to the web address on the bottle (www.gohelpnow.com) and simply cancel the product. This usually takes less than 5 minutes.
