periodicals a magazine slash sweepstakes company that doesnt deliver anything hamilton Massachusetts

 I got a call from the company tellling me about a sweepstakes im in and all ineed to do is start a magazine subsciption and then I wil be in the drawing and they will send me magazines and a watch all for 49.81. Well i did not recieve any thing no watch or magazines then the other day they call and say I have a past do account and that I owe two or three  months and that I need to pay it or its going top the creditors. and when i look at my billing statement it say 49.81 a month for just six magazines . which is outragouse i thought i paid the fifty and got a subsciption didnt know i had a 16 month payment of 50 dollars. And like i said i never recieved any thing and they still want payment no right or  ok. total ripoffs
