Persels and Associates Debt Settlement Company Closed and there are no access to records Towson,  Maryland

When I lost my job I signed up with Persels and Associates (actually Care One who sent me to Persels) when I tried to unsucessfully negotiate my debt with my creditors.  Five years later, all debts were negotiated and paid.

Earlier this week I received a call from a collection agency that wanted to recover a debt that was 6 1/2 years old and already settled by Persels.  I contacted Persels to get the information from them and found out that they closed their doors in November, 2015.  They supposedly sent an email and/or letter to clients saying that a website would be set up that could be accessed to download pertinent information.  I have been unable to locate this website or get any other information.

I contacted Care One, who turned me over to Persels, and they have basically wiped their hands of the situation.  They know nothing, can't help, etc.

Is there anyone with information on this website of Persels, or how I can get copies of my documents?
