BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PERSONAL MINI STORAGE!!!
DONT WALK BUT RUN FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT FRAUDULANT CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK CARD!!!
I USED THIS COMPANY AND SPOKE AND DEALT WITH THE MANAGER BY THE NAME OF NORBERT IN WHICH I USED THERE UHAUL TRUCK TO MOVE ONE WAY FROM KISSIMMEE FL TO TAMPA FL AND I WAS TOLD BY NORBERT THAT THE COST FOR A ONE WAY USE OF THE UHAUL TRUCK WOULD BE $29.99 PER DAY WITH 200 FREE MILES! WELL AFTER THE 5 DAYS I HAD THE TRUCK I WAS CHARGED $485 IN WHICH CASE IT SHOULD HAVE ONLY BEEN JUST SHY OF $150!!!
I CALLED NORBERT TO ASK WHY I WAS CHARGED THIS AND HE TOLD ME THAT IF I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CHARGE TO TAKE IT UP WITH CORPORATE UHAUL,IN WHICH CASE I HAVE ATTEMPTED MULTIPLE TIMES WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE BACK
FROM THEM!
THE WAY I SEE IT AT THIS POINT IS I MAY NOT GET MY MONEY BACK BUT IF I CAN SAVE ANYONE ELSE FROM LOSING MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY IT WILL HAVE BEEN WORTH IT TO ME!!! ALTHOUGH IT IS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE MATTER AND SO THEREFORE I WILL ALSO BE PURSUING OTHER ACTIONS SUCH AS CONTACTING THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL,THE BBB and ripoffreport.com AND ANY OTHER AGENCY THAT WILL DEFEND THE INNOCENT OF SCAMS!!! I HAVE ALSO HEARD FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS REPORTING THE SAME SCAM THAT NORBERT AND PERSONAL MINI STORAGE OF KISSIMME FLORIDA ARE RUNNING!!! I HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE CONSIDERING USING THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY!!!

To whom it may concern,
The problem that I have with this company is due to the fact that they charged me $485 in which I should have only been charged $150 for 5 days of use at the rate of $29.99 for the one way useage.Norbert the manager lied and scammed me and charged me based on a roundtrip not the one way I payed for.
Norbert is very deceptive and once again I am prewarning anyone to use serious caution if they are thinking about using this company!
The one thing I failed to mention in my previous complaint which I think is important to mention now is me and my families lives were verbally threatened by norbert the manager which is totally unexceptable and he needs to be repromanded and fired from his position!

One way rentals are set up with a specific time limit. If you keep the truck past the time set up then you are charged for the extra day(s). How many days were arranged for when you rented the truck???
