To whom it may concern. Our petco ordeal all started on our family
Christmas get together Dec 16th with a leaky fish tank for our youngest
daughter and the worst customer service. From one Anthone K. Schwartz.he single handed ruined our family christmas due to not properly handling a leaky fish tank that we needed to stop everything to drain return into town and lost time with family we may not see for years. We later learned. After all the fish died we learned that two of the sucker fish
we bought were sold with "ich" (ick) . Because they were all infected at the store and the
white stuff that we were told was normal is not. We were in the process
of refilling her tank with new guppies when our daughter says "mom,why
are all the fishes tails have ouies?" and sure enough they looked like
they were in a war. After asking the "West bend,WI petco experts what
was going on? they responded with "Ohh yeah we have them in with another
fish that attacks the guppies" WHAT!! right? so knowingly selling
sick fish and putting any old fish in any old tank. So what started as a
customer service complaint has now turned into not only seeking
compensation for a what is a small fortune for us with running back and
forth into town for all the misinformation they gave us and a lost Christmas,hours on the phone to no avail. Robin Rueters refuses to contact us and Matt Anzules seems non existent.
But to now stop this atrocity that they enact on these poor creatures. please help us
any way you can. We have been trying at no end to contact James m.
Myers,Bruce C. Hall. It doesn't seem to matter how much we try at
corporate we can't even get a hold of Matt Anzules or the regional rep
Robin Reuter. So if we can even get this mistreatment and worst costumer service all on the
radar maybe we can start getting things fixed. any help would be greatly
appreciated. calls,forwarding of this email,anything!!
