In 2012 i sold scrap to tishtom alco steel suppose by cash against documents but when i was going to send the documents to his bank the owner of tishtom Mr tito told me that he has some trouble in a company in tanzania and asked me to send the documents to him instead of sending them to bank and i trusted him but after i send him the documents then excuses started coming up from his side regarding payment. one of the excusses was that he done an sgs report and it didn't match with mine so he asked for a deduction of which i accepted to get paid by monthly payments after a month payment stopped and i had another look at that sgs report and i noticed that the report was done in a different method of what i had done , it was done by visual method instead of scientific method like we have in the purchase order itself , so now i sarted knowing that he has bribed me with an incorrect different type of report and i told him about the report and asked him why he isn't doning my payments and in reply instead of telling me thanks for accepting monthly payments and a deduction for no justification, he threatend me by saying that he will take us all out (killing us)
