Phoenix Business Agents Scam Company Will Rip you OFF! Oxford, United Kingdom

This company has continued to rip people off as i myself have been affected and people who came to my business to tell me that they had to.
The worst thing about this company is the way they get you to sign the agreement and re-assure you are not entering an agreement where you are liable to pay.
The agent by the name of Peter Abott did exactly this. He said as i am not paying a deposit i will not need to pay anything even if we do not sell the business.
All this company does is cold call you by finding your details on Business For Sale and suggest you that they will sell your business by advertising everywhere for you. Which any one can do themselves its not hard, but as they offer this service on a condition that they only take a fee if they sell, you think to yourself why not? A company over values your business to reel you in and then sends you the bill, once they have done nothing, i didnt even get one response from a buyer over a period of 2 months. When i received their invoice for a huge amount i was shocked, so i tried to get in touch with Mr. Peter Abotts who suprisingly is never in the office and they do not wish you to speak to him nor will he get back to your messages, obviously they have their reasons. Now there are a few of us getting together and have sought a really good solicitor to take this company down. I suggest you do the same if you are also affected, and if its Phoenix Business Agents reading this then be prepared to face trial and prosecution in court, you will have the Office of Fair Trading against you as well as BBC Watchdog who have been in contact with many victims of your fraudulent business trade.
