Phoenix Group Invest Paul Wolf, Alan s**+, Theodoulis Montis False Funding Scam, Insurance Scam, Fake Company Seol Internet

PGI group contacted me about funding my telecom project. After weeks of myself and my partner providing them with documented proof of the project, I recieved an LOI and began Skype communication with their "CFO" Paul Wolf. They then sent us a contract which we executed and had notarized promissing our funds in a few short weeks with no fees. PGI then asks us to pay $50,000 for a " Capital Repayment Gaurantee" insurance policy from their contact who can get the policy much cheaper than I can in the US. The policy said it was underwritten by Goldman Sachs, so I called the Wall Street office and nobody had ever heard of the policy. I also spoke to several attorneys and insurance brokers and got the same response. When i addresed our conerns to Mr. Wolf, he then said we can buy a cheaper policy for only $20,000! I then asked to speak directly to the insurance company they use, and as soon as I recieved his contact info, I googled his name and nothing but scams popped up. They even built a website with a similar name to a real insurance broker in London. Theo Montis, Paul Wolf are running some sort of scam please avoid at all costs and do not send them money. Thank God I caught this before wiring the funds because they are smooth talkers and make it sound very plausable.
