 From Nov 2014 thru Mar 2015 we worked with Ted Paris (no longer with Phoenix Restoration) and Ron Pringle for almost a whole house remodel that required many contacts to get things done as promised. Our inside steps are still unsightly. The company that they hired to install the flooring did a great job but weren't allowed to do the steps in our tri-level home because Phoenix wanted to 'cut costs' numerous other complaints but the latest was trilingual to get a final invoice for the check I gave them (my mistake for paying without an invoice). From 3/17/15 to 9/6/15 many texts were sent to both Ron and Ted and still no invoice! If anyone wants to use them, I recommend everything be put in writing...all details of the job, expectations and invoices. My rating would be a 1 out of 5.  A credit card was used for only one part of the remodel. Checks paid for rest.
