Physician Laser Centers Left marks and scars, bad practice, lies, refuse to response and issue refund. Phoenix, Arizona

Last year (2011) fall, I purchased a $1400 package of 4 Fraxel (face firming) treatments for my mom from Michael Tantillo at Physican Laser Centers. After the second treatment my mom's face turned dark, the dark was not sun tanning but dirty dusty dark. I brought my mom back to Michael, he sent us the co-founded Dr. Jazayeri. He tried to talk us into the darkness is normal and will fade away in months and gave my mom some commercial sample bleaching creams. My mom was scheduled 7 times at the Dr. Jazayeri's clinic to follow up the mistake on her face.

I told Michael Tantillo that my mom would not take any more risks to continue on the Fraxel treatment, he suggested to put the rest of the money $700 (remaining 2 times Fraxel) into my account for future treatments. I agreed because I thought my mom's case was an "accident".

Sometimes later, I had my photofacial using the first $100 of the credit in my account. After a week, most of my freckles were gone but I noticed a scar on the left of my chin, a dark spot on my right face and another dark spot above my right eyebrow. I thought I needed more time to rejuvenate, so I waited 2 more weeks but the scar and dark spots didn't get any better.

I let Michael Tantillo examined the scar and dark spots, he suggested I do another photofacial treatment to correct it, which I have to use another $100 of my credit. I refused to take any more risks and insisted to see Dr. Jazayeri. Again, Dr. Jazayeri first said he couldn't see any scar or dark spot on my face, I kept pointing out the areas and the nurse saw them too. He then again, tried to talk me into it's normal and gave me some commercial sample bleaching creams. I used the creams as directed but no result.

I called Michael Tantillo trying to get a refund of the remaining balance because I have lost faith in any more treatments. I've contacted him many times, he kept saying will get back to me until now he is avoiding me, I haven't heard from him for more then a month.
