I cancelled my monthly membership ($4.99/mo) with PicMonkey a year ago and suddenly a few days ago they charged my credit card for $33 - the price of a 1 year membership. I have emailed and left a voicemail for the company with no response. I want the charge reversed and my PicMonkey 'account' deleted immediately.

I received a call from PicMonkey yesterday letting me know they would refund the monies owed to me.  I just confirmed with my credit card company that the refund has indeed been processed.

Pic Monkey PICMonkey They advertised a FREE TRial, but then charged me $127.20 for a year subscription. I called them the next day to cancel and they said they would issue a refund, but to date, no credit/refund has been forthcoming. Seattle Washington

picmonkey.com This company fraudulently bills you three times per month using 3 different identities: picmonkey.com, billing.picmonkey.com and charges.picmonkey and continues billing your charge card without authorization. There is no one to respond to your emails and their phone number is a Google Voice Mailbox Seattle Washington
