Once you attempt to return the additional CD's they give you and extended trail period, basically saying anything to get you to keep them. They also state they will provide you with a shipping label, so that you can easily return the item if you don't want it. Guess what happens when you really don't want it, no shipping label arrives! I have called the company repeatedly and been promised a shipping label, no such item has arrived. Then you get hit with a 295.00 dollar charge on your credit card, for something you didn't even order. My product sits UNOPENED and nonreturnable and they wont me to pay 300 bucks. Better yet i have recently called the customer service number and was told that now it is to late to return the item, the operator even yelled at me telling me that i would have to pay for the item no matter what!
Unbelievable! avoid this at all cost, bad company!
