This story goes back some time. I worked for a company that has over a dozen illegal's working for them. They use false documents and stolen ID to obtain these jobs. The company actually has four dairies and a hay company on the same property. I worked for the hay company. My supervisor was Ernesto Gutierrez whom is also illegal. As a matter of fact he was deported in the past. Now he make two thousand dollars a month, is gave a free home and a company truck. He hires mostly illegal's. Right after I was fired one of his guys was working in a field across from the farm and I called US Border Patrol. And wow to my surprise they went out there. The guy took off right away and tried to run from the Agent. Oh and he was running in a company truck. They chased him onto the property and took him into custody. Now you would think that would show that the company does hire illegal's and the Sheriff's office would take action. But no they don't. And get this when you call Casa Grande Police Dept to report this they say, "we don't enforce immigration laws". I called ICE tip line several times as did several other people. Guess what no action took. Letters where sent to the Pinal County Sheriff's Office and other law enforcement agencies. Nothing!! Senetor Russle Pearce was contacted and seemed to be the only one who cared. He said he would contact Pinal County Sheriff. Well he did and said the Sheriff promised he would look into the matter. Now I thought Pinal County Sheriff actually cared about law and being fair. He is always in the news about how much drugs his deputies are pulling off the streets. So is it all for show? Funny he does not seem to care about dozens of illegal's living and working in his county under stolen and false ID. Now you may be saying that they got to have proof to go raid this business! Well get this. I got a friend who works for this business who has another friend that was willing to give the sheriff's office all the proof they needed. Nope they did not want to listen. Here is what the Sheriff did do. He sent Detective Albert Phelps out to the business. What did Phelps do?? Well first understand the situation. Deputy Phelps has a friend who use to be a Casa Grande Police Officer, that officer was even going to work for Pinal County Sheriff's Office. Well that person is the son of the business owners brother. So what does Phelps do?? He sure did not act as a law enforcement agent. He told the owners that somebody sent letters to Russle Pearce and had made several calls to the sheriff's office. So if they was investigating a child molester would they go tell him or her that somebody called??Probably not. And why since this Phelps is suppose to be a certified ICE agent why did he not ask to go speak with some of the workers? Because he covered up for them. Plain and simple. I have a friend that knows a FBI agent and he has made contact with the Agent who is suppose to be making some calls about this matter. If in fact something is done and after it is done I'm going to come forward and speak with media so maybe the Sheriff's office can explain why they never took action. If you shoplift at Wal Mart good chance you will go to jail. So why is it these illegal's can work at this business and the Sheriff's office turn a blind eye? Well get this, now a person works at the business who's father is a LT. For Pinal County Sheriff's Office. Talk about favors!! To insult american law even more Ernesto is in the process of geting legal. Yeah and guess what? You can't call and get a case number on that!! Why do I want a case number?? So I can write a letter to the Judge taking care of his case to let him know Ernesto hires illegal's. His sisters husband works for them and he is illegal. She even lies and says she is single and collects food stamps. Nice is it not?? Two of these illegal's are wanted by police. But they are protected. Another company Casa Grande Dairy right up the road and the Kennedys also hire all illegal's. A guy at the first farm sales them false documents. But nope Sheriff and ICE does not care. Man if they took action like JOE does in Pinal County jobs would open for people legal to have them. People are living in a homeless shelter right in Casa Grande and these illegal's are living for free and getting paid pretty decent money. Why does Pinal County Sheriff not handle this?? Bet he will not get on here and state why??

Another law enforcement agency has stepped up and verified there are illegal's using ID that does not belong to them. Watch for a story on AZ news 12. Shame on Pinal County Sheriff for doing nothing!!

We contacted everybody you can think of. And honestly I don't know if it's the sheriff 100% knows what is really going on or if his Detectived lied to him. But really sad situation because this stuff is really taking place and they seem to not care. A person we know is friends with an Agent with the FBI and he said he was going to look into this matter and that the Detective should not of disclosed any information to the owners of the business.
