im doing this anoumincely and we are very angry and the truth is that robert pickle is a fraud thief and lier. he stood in this house saying that the plumbing is new and the house was up to code but thats all a lie and now we saw the house first and said yes we would rent it and now we are regreting it and first off that the kitchen floor is rotted out and the roof is leaking like crazy when it rains and now our bathroom wall is starting to rot and cover with mold and meld dew and the floor beams of the house is rotting with mold and meld dew and the carpet is 50 yrs old and coming apart and the door is seeping air through the bottom crack of the door and the window have plexy glass in all the windows and we are trying to keep warm but the heat seeps through the windows and doors and we go to sleep it sounds like the roof is caving in and the plexy glass try's to take off when the wind is very heavy and me and my roomate fell through the kitchen floor and hurt our backs and legs and ive got a bruse from it and now he is broke from this boy name david and he spends his renters money on this boy david and he gets free meals and a place to stay and now he also gets drugs for david and spend most of the time with him and he knows that he is in a wrong but never right and we are taking action and he asked us to pay a fine for him of $180.00 and he set the whole thing up he are to be responsible for his actions because he is trying to take renters for an vantage and he needs to get off his duff and tell david to get a job and bring home steady paycheck i won't let nobody live with me for free i tell them to get a job and come back and see me for a room to rent and i see now that his fat ass is park in front of the tv and thats the only thing that piss us off and he is not willing to do anything to these property's because he is like my dad he says one thing and dose not do it like a home owner suppose to do drop the boys and work or stay with the boys and be broke thats his two choices and im not done yet we also seen rats bigger than a fist and cock roaches size of a beatle and flies like they came from hell and never to know a slum lord like robert pickle and he tried to ask me out on a date that kind like a harrastment but on a land lords job we are very angry and will take action to seek a revenge on the two dumys that rented me this place
