Pinkplumber Clueless tech! More of a car sale-mans pitch than actual service Dallas Texas Nationwide

 The fee they charge just to come out is $50. Very reasonable. However be prepared for the over the top fees they add on immediately. They wanted. $ 70 to add me to their plan... Didnt ask for it. After looking at my waterheater the tech still didnt know what was wrong with it but suggested a $600 fix. I negotiated the work to $300 for a 'possible' fix... Tech then tells me the water heater needs a new part which of course is an add on expense not included in the original quote. Unfortunately the piece is not in his truck and he has to purchase one. The piece costs $15 but it will cost me $170 dollars for the finder's fee. Really ? So the tech feels kinda silly and says he won't charge that ridiculous fee if I agree not to use the $50 off coupon. By this point he geniuosly suggests a brand new tank for a special offer $900! Obviously thanks but no thanks. So now I am out $90 total. How? $45 for coming out and another $45 for 'i don't know what the problem is but I put it back the way it was' . Great service NOT. Found a local plumber who fixed my problem for $60! Pinkplumbers is a joke of a company. They rip you off by overcharging you for substandard service. Do not use this company!
