Pinnacle Automotive Protection American Auto Shield I was sold the auto protection and told that I would only pay 100.00 deductable. When I had some repairs done I had to pay 151.44 over the deductable. Dupo Illinois

I was told when i purchased the warrentee that I would not pay more then my deductable which is 100.00 dollars. When I had some repairs done. I wound up paying 151.44 more then the deductable.

Pinnacle Automotive Protection They had all the necessary reports and information regarding my vehicle and my claim on time and failed to notify me that they are rejecting my claim until after I authorized the repair shop to tear down my transmission. Why didn't they notify me they won't pay for the repair. If they had and I knew I had to pay for it myself I wouldn't let the repair shop tear down my transmission. Also what was the point of them sending an inspector to see the transmission when rejecting my claim. Dupo Illinois
