I recently purchased minutes for my phone that i still don't have the minutes on yet from pinzoo.com. To tell the truth, it really would've been faster just to but the minutes at a store,but it was too late at night,and everything was closed. Under the impression that my pin number wouls be sent immediately to my email, iwaited. i got 3 emails, none of which contained my pin #. the first was the company saying thank you for opening an account,the second was pinzoo.com saying that my purchase was being reviewed,and the third was pinzoo saying my purchase was being processed(all within minutes of each other). what I don't understand is.... why wasn't my pin number sent that fast? I thought i would be able to give my friends a good report and reccommend them but i wouldn't dare if this is how they'll be treated. i feel like a fool because i thought this was a legitimate and safe business. no, i would not use them again if my life depended on it,& i don't suggest anyone else should either. I am a single mom and my money is tight in my household. They should be ashamed.
