pioneer credit recovery inc. Kelvin i was refused any means of paying my debt other than 2 options involving a bank etc. Internet

I contacted pioneer regarding my debt turned over to them from sallie mae to find out how much i owe. I was informed i would have to pay it in full, or its possible to make payment arraingements. i asked what options i hadin making arraingements. kelvin said i he had to inform me that before going any further i would have to provide three references including their phone number and addresses.

I began to explain my circumstances regarding the references and outline of my means of income. kelvin replied that it is company policy. i asked for an address that i could send payment to as in the event that i managed to get some extra money in order to forward that payment. kelvin said it is impossible because they would return any payment to the return address, and only accept payment through a bank account or bank card. i further explained that i dont qualify to make payment by those means.

Rather than argue i requested the representatives name and sumerized everything i just explained in this paragraph. before ending the conversation i asked kelvin if he understood that by his company doing the thing he has said not only will my debt continue to damage my credit it will take longer to collect therefore adding more interest. he exclaimed reassuringly yes i am sorry that nothing else can be done
