  a person in this company told me that they could take my heating assistance, and then they did it. they basically told me that they had my money and there was nothing that i could do about it. i talked to a person on the telephone before they ever came to my house and i could tell that that was what they were going to do. sure enough when they came, they said i wasn't good enough to get fuel and they kept my fuel! now i am freezing! i am sure that they have a history of keeping (poor) peoples monies and fuel. i have absoutely no doubt tha this company is invovled with systematic ripp offs of the most vulnerable and needy of society! this company or employees of this company are thieves!
