sunday sept.22 i called to place an order at 11:04 michael employee said would this be delivery or carry out i rachel said to him delivery the enployee who i spoke with and took my order after ordering he said it will be delivered within 45 minutes i said okay thank you.. so now i sit and wait for my pizza to be delivered to me and 45minutes go by so i call back 11:53 and michael employee answers and i say to him that i placed an order about an hour ago and my pizza is not here so he ask me for my phone number and i tell him 714 737 3064 and he tells me its been delivered so i say to him, well it never got here,im sitting out side in front of the patio and no pizza delivery has been here
so now im on hold and he gets back on the phone and tells me his delivery guy said when he pulled up in front of the appartment complex there was a women out there and flaged him and asked for the pizza and he hand it her and she paid him for it.well then i say to him but that was my pizza i ordered how could your driver just hands it to some random person that flags you and ask him for the pizza and pays him for the pizza without coming to the adress and apt. #that was giving to you to be delivered at and not any person that flags you.michael employee says to me that the only thing he can do is place my order once again and i would have to pay for it..
okay i says to him so now i would have to wait another 45 minutes to have my pizza delivered to me and he says yes,, i tell him fine and can you have your delivery guy that delivered my order to deliver this order so he can see for himself that im not the person who flaged him and sold my pizza to please.so michael say sure and i say thank you..and then we hang up the phone,,5 minutes go bye and i get a call from pizza hut and michael who called says to me that we won't be able to deliver my pizza tonite cause its late and they are now closing but that his manager celina says its to late to make any deliverys at this time but that she would give me credit on my next order.
so i says to him can i get your managers name and your name thank you...why would you take my order again and then tell me it will take 45 minutes,then you wanna call me back 5minutes later and tell me your not able to make my delivery cause its late but your manager says she'll give me credit on my next order....unbelieveable so now im a*s out over your mistakes, that the business pizza hut offers you..this is not the buisness i ever expected from pizza hut, i never had not one problem with pizza hut in the 24 yrs i've been having buisness with,its very disapointing im really hurt and upset with the buisness pizza hut gave me tonite..sencerly
