 No lawyer or jury would concur with your ill-logical "reasoning". The OP needs to bear witness and make claim to his/her own behavior. Unless you are a urologist your "opinion" lacks substance and validity.

Come on, you were fire from your job because of your looks? Even if you were booted from the club, there are others you can join. It takes a long time of not exercising for you looks to go downhill. And should you be working out a week after surgery anyway?

Given your writing, I can't assume you are in a high-level job. Are you a stripper/escort by any chance? Nothing wrong with that, but I can imagine uncontrolled urination down your leg might get you fired from those positions.

I feel for you, I really do, but something is not right here. Please tell the full story.

How nieve to think you "must" be at a gym to get fit. I work out and pay zero towards a gym. Running, biking, canoeing, mountain walking,tennis, sports are just a few things that are activities to get the body in shape.

Try exercising the brain its lacking common sense.

A load of crappola? Yeah, in the context of similar types and styles of complaints revolving around and OP violating terms and conditions, it could be viewed as ridiculous crap.

HOWEVER, a lot of this could have been avoided had the employee in question had a tad thicker skin, and less of a power tripping attitude.

I find it reasonable and plausible that a female, not long out of surgery affecting the urinary tract, might be prone to sudden emergency requirements to storm the nearest restroom. Finding that reasonable, it becomes equally reasonable that in the process of rushing to avoid a humiliating accident, she would HAVE TO ignore anyone yelling to get her attention.

In focusing every thought to getting onto a toilet fast, she could reasonably be expected to not even have the thought process time to go pressing buttons on the phone to end a call. It would also be unreasonable to expect her to just willy nilly cut off an employer on the phone without at least having the time to politely and professionally end the call, especially when she already was on thin ice with them, possibly due to their being utterly unsympathetic to her medical issue.

And the employee probably could tell the woman was rushing towards the restroom in distress, but just didn't give a dad banged hoot.

Even women in the best of health can be more prone to urinary distress to a far greater degree than men are, and especially given the mitigating circumstances, form the face of it, this appears legit enough to stand on its legs, barring anything to the rebut it from the business.
